We’re a medical billing company based in Rockford, Illinois, providing the knowledge, tools, and expertise practices require without the cost or commitment of hiring in-house staff. We work with providers across the United States and currently support more than 60 clients in 17 states.
Our team is known for being honest, reliable, and easy to work with. We specialize in billing for mental and behavioral health services, psychology (including testing), substance abuse and IOP programs, durable medical equipment, psychology, medical optometry, and home health and hospice.

Our fee structure:
Typically, we charge between 7-10% of collected amounts based on your state’s regulations. Not billed, but collected. We also offer different structures for states like New York that don’t allow percentage billing.
Because situations vary, we’ll have a conversation where we figure out the best plan for both of us. It is a relationship, with agreed upon terms.
If you don’t have a Practice Management system, we can ‘host’ one for you for as little as $35 per rendering NPI per month. We use Office Ally/Practice Mate for those situations.
